    Events: 1 standard unit for every 100 guests/users per 4-6 hours. If the event duration exceeds this timeframe, add 1 additional unit for every 100 guests/users. It is recommended to have at least 1 hand-washing station for every 5 restroom units.
    Construction/Seasonal Rentals: 1 standard unit for every 10 users, based on a 40-hour workweek.
